M Arch Studio is a privately owned architectural design Studio established in 2021, and fully owned by Majed K. A. Safa (Full name as per legal documents). The studio is privately owned and does not of associated or influenced by any governmental entity or political party, as well as the owner (never was and never will be). M Arch studio uses contracts that developed based on the American Institute of Architects AIA. The studio uses a direct approach when it comes to design and does not accept the use of coding of any kind or any hidden messages in the design.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax,accounting or other legal requirement).
We may keep your information as a potential client which we may invite to a marketing campaign or we may send you a marketing information and updates about our work.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonyms such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8.Controls for do-not-track features


Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized as such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
You can use a various of application that can hide your location such as VPN applications.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, we don't share your personal information or any information from any category to a third party. We may share information with our sub consultants to provide a quotation for services, this will be with the knowledge of the person and with his approval. This section only to California residents. under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the rights listed below.

We do not process consumer's sensitive personal information.

Verification process(in unclear cases)
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method(e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

we will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-percention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.

Exercise your right provided under the Virginis VCDPA

If you are using an authorized agent to exercise your rights, we may deny a request if the authorized agent does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf.

Verification process
We may request that you provide additional information reasonably necessary to verify you and your consumer's request. if you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
Upon receiving your request, we will respond without undue delay, but in all cases, within forty-five (45)days of receipt. The response period may be extended once by forty-five (45)additional days when reasonably necessary. We will inform you of any such extension within the initial 45-day response period, together with the reason for the extension.

Right to appeal
If we decline to take action regarding your request, we will inform you of our decision and reasoning behind it. If you wish to appeal our decision, please email us at contact@m-arch.studio. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of an appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions.
